This traditional ceremony honors the flag of the United States of America and those who have gallantly struggled to preserve it and our freedoms.  The ceremony is also designed to instill and foster patriotism and love-of-county. Please join the celebration with members of our Armed Forces, veteran organizations, law enforcement agencies, and civic and youth groups.

Keynote speaker: The Honorable M. Janet Chin, Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army (CA-Coastal South)

BIO: The Honorable M. Janet Chin is the Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army representing California in the Greater Los Angeles area. She is a combat Veteran who has served in the active Army, the California Army National Guard, and the California State Military Reserve.

***Color Guards of units, schools, organizations and community groups will need to submit the following form. Be sure to bring your U.S. Flag and your unit flag when you report at 9:30 a.m.

Scouts and Scouters in uniform can receive a special large Massing of the Colors patch for attending.
